went to the Japanese Cultural Society today to register for JLPT. its the last day for registration! lucky i got reminded yesterday at jap class about it, otherwise haaa, tsk tsk. LOL. i'd totally miss the July exam then i gotta wait for December's. got semi lost around the bugis area because we like, dont know which door to enter wtf hahahha. had to call my classmate. eventually got there and paid $2 for application form, filled it up then gave it back to them along with $55 huhu.

watched lili and jai eat lunch at burger king before diving into bugis street in search of long shorts. HAHAHHAH, oxymoron much? Lili and I were on the hunt for long shorts because we cant wear our typical shorts to poly. must a bit formal maaaa hah? AHAH. well, we ended up finding none! what d'you expect, it's bugis. it's like where ahlians get their supplies for butt-cheeks-drippin-out shorts/panties. i spotted some pants that were only a hand's length leh. MY HAND FROM WRIST UP. and my hand is damn small. like 15cm. (i just measured for you leh)
oh i saw this coat that was perfect ueda-wise, and i was super tempted to get it because ive been pining for anything ueda-coat-style since forever but. i didnt have enough moolah on me ;_; lol. i didnt even try it on... but lili got a really pretty sheer chiffon blazer throwover thing. super nice. perfect for lili style. LOL. so the dive wasnt that fruitless.

(see what i did there? fruit? HAHAHHAHA wtf i am so lame..)

then chillaxed at the national library. the two read fiction while i flipped through a Japan guidebook. and guess what.

now i know where the geylang of tokyo is. hope i dont get raped if i step in there. but i do want to visit. 8D
