Today i had a portfolio review and jap class! Yeah it's only monday but i switched my class from tues to mon because i'm collecting my second batch of taobao shopping tmr night!!! =^^= i cant wait nehehehe.
Jap class was SO damn fun. I'm originally in Maitake class, which is on tues. I joined Matsutake today :D they're so much more hyper! Just so happens that today was the last day that Cui Er was going to be taking and also the night Vanessa takes off for England! So exciting ah their lives, student exchange all.
In class the mad laughter started after this conversation.
Okubo sensei was teaching '何々のために nani nani no tame ni' which is basically 'for the sake of blah blah' hahaha.
Examples were like, '旅行のために、貯金します ryokou no tame ni, chokinshimasu' = 'i save for the sake of overseas trips' or 'for the sake of overseas trips, i save'
and '恋人のために、食べ物を作ります koibito no tame ni, tabemono wo tsukurimasu' = 'i cook for the sake of my lover' or 'for the sake of my lover, i cook'
Sensei was like, ah, what other examples? 'Koibito no tame ni..?'
Then i said out, '恋人のために、脱ぎます Koibito no tame ni, nugimasu.' = 'for the sake of my lover, i strip' or 'i strip for the sake of my lover' HAHAHAHAHAHA. everyone laughed. sensei said 'やめなさい！だめだ！ yamenasai! dame da!' = 'stop it! you can't' HAHAHAHA too damn funny can.
Then we did this worksheet, it said, you are stranded on an island with nothing/no one. You are only allowed to bring 3 items from the grid below. Choose 3 and state why, your reason! (Which means i have to use no tame ni)
As you can see......There are pretty normal things up for adoption. Knives, matches, radios, sake/rum/wine/beer, etc. We went through all the items, like describing them all :)
When we reached すいみんやく／睡眠薬 suiminyaku, sensei said with this it'd be easy to sleep. Sleeping pills, they are! Then i said ah, kore wo nomu...shinde. HAHAHA. i tilted my head to the side and closed my eyes when i said shinde. whch means die ah. die on the island HAHAHA.
And the rope too, i said the rope, koko de... /cup my hands on my double chin and shinde HAHAHA. Strangle.
The three things i chose are circled- sleeping pills, a dog and fireworks!
Dog= to fend off boredom and to not be lonely :D 寂しいときのために
Fireworks= for fun! tanoshii toki no tame ni 楽しいときのために
Sleeping pills= for the last day.. when im about to die of hunger X'D 最後の日...
And during the class break we drew on the board banessa san gambare and doodled mushrooms all over. That's because we're the kinoko (mushroom) series. Maitake and Matsutake are mushrooms. Ha ha ha.
Not funny though.
Anyway what the hell, i got carried away halfway through...... Watchin a cop show and all...... God.

It was ok sigh.
I can't even remember our conversations cause there were so many and they're so broken. I remember irene saying my english is good. Literature. Writing really good, then she handed me my 1000 word essay. The one i love so much :')
They said that Fashion Design not only about drawing (cause i said my art is quite good) then Veron said my sewing is not bad (which i got a B+ for). She said i can understand instructions well when telling students where/what to sew, i said because when you say this seam that seam i can visualize and understand :')
My mind is a beautiful piece of jelly. So precious. Hahahhaha and i tweeted that i like being praised on smartness best.
Oh and some people had homework like draw 30 sketches and hand in by first week of school (for those who are going to fashion design and have not shown their full potential to teachers or something) and then when i started my review cedric came in with the snacks/drinks for teachers and gave him his homework. Which was 10 sketches and a report. Uho uho lol i wouldn't want to do a report..... Lucky my essays were ok :'D
Am i being to proud lol :'D
I got 9.5/10 for the 1000 word essay that i so loved. And 8.6/10 was another Fashion Merchandising exercise, i think it was a presentation. Idk man these are my first A+ and A++ i am so god damn happy.
And being asian allows me to fuss over the 0.5 that i somehow lost in the category 'structure and organization'. Messy ah my essay? I thought there was a great flow!
PLUS MY INTRO. super duper tastic. never saw so many ticks in my essays lololol.
im going to frame it.
thank god kristine wasn't in the review place, both kristine and i will die with our words since i said VM was my worst subject.
toriaezu when am i getting my GPA and gpa breakdown? definitely definitely want a breakdown. I need to know where i'm good and not good at.
